Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AILA MCP Site (the "Service"), available at aila.my. The Service is operated by Azbahri Technologies Enterprise (Business Registration No. 002968468-T) ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Beta notice

AILA MCP Site is currently offered as a beta service. Features, limits and pricing may change, and the Service may contain bugs or experience interruptions or loss of data. It is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties — see section 7 (Disclaimers & liability).

1. The Service

AILA MCP Site lets you create and host websites, including through AI assistants connected over our API/MCP interface. Sites are served on a <subdomain>.aila.my address.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.

3. Your content & responsibility

You retain ownership of the content, code, data and media you create or upload ("Your Content"). You are solely responsible for Your Content and for the sites you publish. You represent that you have the rights to it and that it does not violate these Terms or any law.

AILA MCP Site is a hosting and tooling provider; we do not author, endorse or monitor Your Content, and we are not responsible for it.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to create, host, store or distribute content or conduct activity that:

is illegal, or facilitates illegal activity;
infringes intellectual property or other rights (including piracy, counterfeit or cracked software/media);
is pornographic or sexually explicit, or harmful to minors;
promotes weapons, illegal drugs, violence, terrorism, hate or discrimination;
is fraudulent, deceptive, a scam, phishing, or malware/spyware;
harasses, defames or violates the privacy of others; or
attacks, overloads or attempts to gain unauthorised access to the Service or others' systems.

We may suspend, unpublish or remove any site or account, and refuse service, if we reasonably believe these Terms are violated — with or without notice.

5. Credits & billing

Some features (such as publishing a site) consume credits at the rates shown in the Service. Charges are recurring while a site remains published. Credits and fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on a prospective basis.

6. Intellectual property

The Service itself — excluding Your Content — including its software, design and trademarks, belongs to AILA MCP Site and its licensors. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Service except as permitted by law.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, AILA MCP Site will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to comply with the law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect when posted here; continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Service are governed by the laws of Malaysia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia. We handle personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia) ("PDPA"), as described in our Privacy Policy.
