Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Account data — your name, email address and chosen subdomain.
• Content you create — the pages, data, uploads and settings of your sites.
• Usage & technical data — logs needed to operate and secure the Service.

2. How we use it

To provide, maintain, secure and improve the Service, to process credits/billing, to communicate with you (including email verification and password resets), and to comply with the law and enforce our Terms.

3. Cookies & sessions

We use a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in to your account dashboard. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

4. Analytics on published sites

If a site owner enables analytics, page views on their published site are counted server-side in a privacy-preserving way: we do not set cookies on visitors or store raw IP addresses. Unique visitors are estimated using a salted, daily-rotating one-way hash that cannot be reversed to identify a person.

5. Service providers

We rely on third parties to operate the Service — for example cloud hosting and an email delivery provider (Amazon SES) to send transactional emails. They process data only on our behalf.

6. Visitor sites & owner responsibility

Websites built by our users are their own content. Any personal data those sites collect from their visitors is controlled by the respective site owner, not by AILA MCP Site. Please review the relevant site owner's own notices for those sites.

7. Retention

We keep account and content data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service or comply with legal obligations. Raw analytics events are kept only for a limited window; aggregate daily totals may be kept longer.

8. Your rights under the PDPA

Subject to the PDPA, you have the right to access and request correction of your personal data, to withdraw your consent to its processing, and to limit how it is processed (note that withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide the Service). You can manage or delete your account from your settings, or exercise any of these rights by contacting us at me@azbahri.my.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data, but no system is perfectly secure.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to children under the age required by your local law to consent to processing, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
